Private Personal Training and Coaching allows you to receive direct, 1-on-1 instruction with your training program. Every program is completely tailored to your specific goals, taking into account previous training history, injuries, timeline to reach your goal, and more.
Semi-Private, or Small Group Training is beginning to dominate the fitness industry. People love the group atmosphere when they train, and it allows for a great training session as well as social support while you try to reach your goals. Train with a maximum of 3 other people, sharing Brad's coaching attention while working your way to great results.

For those who wish to train and get results at their own gym but still use my programming strategies and coaching, welcome to Online Coaching. With Online Coaching you receive a monthly program sent directly to you, complete with four weeks of progressive workouts.
Also included with every program is a video database where you simply click the exercise to see a video demonstration so you can see exactly how the exercise is to be performed.
