No worries, I have a fix for you today. It only takes 5 minutes, and you can do it anywhere.
It's actually one of my own personal favorite exercises, and it helps keep my shoulders, neck, and back feeling loose when I do it regularly.

Just grab a ball, or foam roller, and find a spot on the floor somewhere.
You can do the windmill before a workout, or anytime after work or travel when you feel extra stiff and hunched.
***Just a few reps each side, and you'll feel a huge difference in how you stand, and how relaxed your back and neck feels.***
