Unfortunately, I don't get a lot of spare time where it's quiet enough to film something for you, so it took me longer to get this to you than I would've liked.
But anyway, I am sharing it NOW.
Forget your old way of stretching your hips and legs.
Who still stretches like this?
If you do, don't worry - it's not your fault. People have been stretching like this for soooo long, it might be all you know.
Until today. I'm going to broaden your horizons and get you up-to-date on how to get your hips to finally loosen up.
First, in case you missed it, I wrote a post awhile back with a quick vid on How To PROPERLY Stretch Your Hip Flexors, which can keep you mobile and take stress off of your lower back.

Today, I'm gonna show you how to stretch your hips in 3-D.
Yeah, 3-D. But no special glasses needed here.
Don't worry about trying to get into crazy new ranges of motion right away. If you're super stiff, just try and get as far as you can, somewhat UN-comfortably.
If you're holding your breath and "surviving" the stretch instead of enjoying it, you're going too far into it.
Try this out and see what new areas of your legs, hips, and thighs get LIT UP when you take them through these new ranges of motion.
You'll feel looser and more flexible, and you'll find yourself wiith a bit more athletic spring in your step!
