Refund Policy

All paid training packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

There are no refunds for completed sessions.

Online Training
Online training is non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time, and you will retain access to your training for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.

Session Packages
Session packages are non-refundable, with one exception: if you relocate 30 miles or more away during the active period of your package, you may request a refund for any unused sessions.
